The League of Women Voters of New York State publishes a basic primer on voting for the first-time voter - and for anyone wanting to brush up on voting essentials, such as voter registration, absentee ballots, benefits of joining a political party when registering to vote, who is elected when, and much more. Web Sources of Non-Partisan Information
Beginning this year, some districts will be utilizing a new ballot marking device. By 2010, all polling places in NY state will be required to use these machines. For more information on the machines designated for use in Oneida Couty, click here. There is also an online training video.

Voting Records
