You automatically become a member of the LWV of New York and the LWV of the United States. You will receive their publications (the NYS Voter and the National Voter) along with the newsletter from League of Women Voters, Utica/Rome Metro Area. You will have the knowledge that you are adding your voice to a powerful force of members from all 50 states, Washington DC, the Virgin Islands, and Hong Kong.
How do I join?
When you wish to join or renew, you may pay the Treasurer at a general membership meeting, or send a check to her at:

Note: Because our League uses a rolling payment system, each member renews on the anniversary date of first joining the League so members may be unclear about when to renew their membership. A change in membership dues was approved at the March meeting which set dues at $60 per individual or $85 per household.
